Residence Dimore di mare "consists of 10 apartments, all with sea view, adjacent to a coastline that stands out for its fine golden sand and crystal clear waters, the loyal themselves" blue flag ". Dwellings is a project that has environmentally friendly eco-sustainability and its landmarks. Particular attention has been paid to integration with the surrounding nature, with an eye to the dunes of Mediterranean still exist on the adjacent beach. The materials used have a preference for the natural stone and wood, warm colours alternated with white, which blend perfectly with the hue of the surrounding environment. The photovoltaic system, which covers the entire structure, making it totally self-sufficient from an energy point of view and, along with State of the art insulation materials and fixtures of the latest generation, grants all apartments achieving "energy class A". The lovely swimming pool, set in the structure, besides being a nice diversion for young guests is a haven for all, especially on days when the Mistral or the tramontane blow with more force. All apartments are two bedroom apartments consist of a kitchen with seating area (sofa, 32 inch led TV), bathroom with shower, double bedroom with view to the pool and the sea, bedroom with 2 single beds and a spacious wardrobe. Each apartment is equipped with free internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, full complement of kitchen utensils, air conditioning, mosquito nets, outdoor patio with table and chairs. The price includes the consumption of water and electricity up to a weekly budget of 50 kw/h (normally more than enough), one umbrella and sunbed and Deckchair on the beach, places a parking inside the hotel, access to the swimming pool. Bed linen and towels on request, subject to charges.
