Pour des vacances Nature au bord de la mer dans une île aux magnifiques plages de sable fin.
C'est une très belle maison mitoyenne typique de Noirmoutier, dessinée et construite par un architecte réputé à Noirmoutier (très grand séjour double + 4 chambres dont une chambre indépendante), avec son immense jardin plein sud, sans aucun vis à vis sur la réserve naturelle.Pour petits et grands, vous bénéficierez du hangar où sont installés le ping-pong, le baby-foot René Pierre, un billard américain René Pierre et une maison d'enfants.Vous disposerez aussi de vélos pour de belles balades dans l'île.
Dans le jardin, le grand barbecue fixe en maçonnerie vous attend pour une cuisine plaisir.
Vos enfants disposeront d'un grand trampoline (3,90m) et d'un portique (deux valeurs sûres pour leurs vacances, sous la surveillance des parents) ainsi que d'un panier de basket.
En option (49 euros la semaine), vous pourrez disposer d'un kayak rigide RTM (1 place) pour vous balader le long du rivage et voir notre île depuis la mer (apportez barres de toit, sangles et gilets de sécurité).

Effectivement, la maison et son jardin sont spacieux pour qu'une famille nombreuse (ou plusieurs couples voulant passer des vacances ensemble) ait tout l'espace nécessaire, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, pour se détendre, jouer, et profiter de ses vacances confortablement.
