Description
This apartment is in a very quiet area in the North of Malta, St Paul's Bay, one of the main northern tourist areas. The best beaches are found just 5 minutes away (Golden Bay, Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay).
It is ideal for romantic, relaxing and family holidays.
Apartment specifications:
Seaview terrace is 1.5mx6m and is equipped with gas BBQ and garden furniture.
Internal area is about 80 sq m. 1 st floor no lift, 20 steps at entrance,2 double bedrooms with space for extra beds, Bathroom, shower room, The sitting room is lockable and has 2 extra beds Sleeps 2-8 persons.
The apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing.
Facilities:
Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge.
Air conditioning.
Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Fans are provided in each room.
A big gas heater is also provided in Winter.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
150 KWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week
These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

“Glorious views and tranquillity”
This apartment is ideal for those that want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Within walking distance to an excellent bus service. Has everything you need for those who self cater. We stay in this apartment for 14 weeks over the winter months. Neville and Ruth are the perfect hosts, as is their workforce. Friendly and efficient, any problems are dealt with ASAP. This is one company I would recommend to anyone, young or old as they have a wide selection of properties. We are already booking our next long stay winter break. The only thing Ruth and Neville can not guarantee is perfect weather, otherwise you will have a perfect holiday. No good for wheelchair users or mobility problems.
