Description

This apartment of 80 m2 consists of a large living room (TV and DVD) with open kitchen, a bathroom with bath, a large room with sea view, two well oriented terraces. Two sofa beds are in the main room. It is located on the 1st floor. The buildings are secured (access codes, caretaker, ...) and equipped with lifts. The apartment is equipped with two portable air conditioning units and several fans. A swimming pool located in front of the building and serves only ten apartments. Two sun loungers are located in the apartment and can be used by the pool. The kitchen contains: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc..The bedroom: comfortable bed 160 cm. with two large windows: sea view and pool. PRICES and SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL: Two sets of towels will be provided per person, the apartment is professionally cleaned and beds made upon arrival. The apartment will also be cleaned at your departure. All of these benefits are continuous in the rental price. An English speaking person on site will assist you with any questions or problems. The rental price varies from one season to another, do not hesitate to contact us for a price request. It is possible to rent this apartment by the day (minimum 6 days), by the week or by the month. Charges are also included in the rental price.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Les appareils de climatisations ont plusieurs modes de fonctionnement dont un plus silencieux. C’est dommage que vous n’ayez pas contacté Chris qui vous aurait montré son fonctionnement. Nous sommes propriétaires depuis 8 ans et n’avons jamais eu trop chaud lorsque les appareils étaient bien réglés. Tous les explicatifs se trouvent également dans un tiroir de la cuisine. “Apartamento fantástico.”

Limpio muy cuidado. Vistas estupendas, Valerie muy pendiente de todo detalle. Eso sí necesidad de alquiler de coche con antelación. En nuestro caso casi se nos arruina la estancia por no haberlo contratado previamente.Salvo el incidente del coche estancia maravillosa. A 10 minutos caminando a una playa urbana fabulosa de aguas cristalinas repletas de peces. Para recomendar 100% y repetir.

“Fabulous”

I am happy to give the apartment 5 stars as found it very clean, stylish and well appointed. I was surprised by the winter tog duvet and bedding which we found difficult in the heat and there was no sign of any other bedding so had to make do with none at all. Location was quiet as it is at the top of a very steep hill which would be an issue for some travellers with any form of disability but this could be overcome by hiring a car. Best bit for us was the view of the bay and Gozo in the background.

Slightly "off track"in a very quiet location,on a purpose built Holiday/Residential Complex.Great views,of Mellieah Bay.Lovely Apartment, with excellent, amenities,and access to a Swimming Pool.easily accessible from the Apartment. Car adviseable,unless a keen walker.
