old fashioned, neglected, not clean. the only good thing was the wonderful renovated bathroom. the whole apt. needs renovation.

Response from the owner Hello sir We are very surprised by your remarks I think you made a mistake about the apartment you are talking about. This apartment which was built in 1975 has been totally renovated (living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom!) It is maintained with care and appreciated by all our tenants. A trusted person is also actively involved and is responsible for cleaning before rentals. It's always impeccable. I really do not understand this negative assessment. See the photos that are published. Greetings Bonjour Monsieur Nous sommes très surpris par vos remarques Je pense que vous faite erreur sur l'appartement dont vous parlez. Cet appartement qui a été construit en 1975 a été totalement rénové ( living, cuisine, salle de bain et la chambre !) Il est entretenu avec soin et apprécié par tous nos locataires. Une personne de confiance s'en occupe aussi activement et est responsable du nettoyage avant les locations. C'est toujours impeccable. Je ne comprends vraiement pas cet appréciation négative. Voyez les photos qui sont publiées. Salutations
