Description

The Old Cart house, sleeps 9, (maximum 6 adults) is an ideal house for larger families and groups with a kitchen/ diner, downstairs shower room, cosy living room and double bedroom. Upstairs the stairs divide to the left and right, on the right we have two bedrooms, a king and a bunk bedroom. On the left hand side, we have a twin and a single room, as well as a further bathroom with a bath, basin and WC.

“Perfect for families”

We stayed here with friends from uni. So three families with children. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, warm and well kitted out for kids. The way upstairs splits into two sides means you can have a kids room and grown up room each side. The outside was possibly even better! Fully kitted our park, pirate ship and games room! Unfortunately we had a lot of rain one of our days so couldn’t fully make the most of it. Location is slightly isolated, but within 20-25 minutes of the beach and a farm/soft play.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
