Description
This 5 bed town house is positioned a ten minute walk from Royal Portrush Golf Course and is beside the beach and the water-sport center where surfing is very popular. It is an ideal place for children to enjoy the sandy beach of the east strand, without crossing the street. The house can accommodate 2 families and sleeps 10. SORRY NO ADULT GROUPS, EXCEPT THROUGH AN ORGANISATION, SUCH AS, GOLF OR SURFING. THIS IS FAMILY ONLY LETTING. If any adult only group books under pretenses of a family entry will be refused and payment will not be refunded. The reception room upstairs has uninterrupted views of beach and sea on east strand, with a sit out balcony. There is an open plan kitchen living room downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the necessary utensils and crockery. House also contains a utility room with washing machine, and a toilet and shower room at the back door. There is a bathroom on first floor with shower over the bath. There are 5 double bedrooms, 2 with bunk beds and 3 with double beds. each bedroom has sinks. Bed linen supplied if staying for at least 3 nights. Free internet access, T.V. and DVD player. Some DVDs supplied to watch. Minimum of 3 nights. At least one week at peak times - Saturday to Saturday. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND NO PETS.

“Everything we needed and more”
Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for 6 kids and loads of hot water when needed, very clean and really central to everything. Beach was just right out the back! Will definitely be booking again.

“Cosy, comfy home-from-home”
We were met by the friendly owner and shown round. The house was well-equipped and despite sleeping ten people comfortably, it still manages to be cosy and homely. It is somewhere that a family can really relax, with two living rooms and even some toys provided for the kids, as well as an enclosed backyard so no worries about safety. The beach is right beside the house, and the amusements etc are a five minute walk away. For location, surroudings, comfort and friendliness I would highly recommend this house and I could honestly wake up to the views every morning!
