La Primera is a modern holiday accommodation and exclusive completely new design, with a perfect south magnetic orientation. Built on a plot of 1050 m2 and situated in a quiet area near the sea and 15 minutes from the center of Palma, 10 minutes from the airport and 400 meters d Mayoris golf course.

It is ideal for those who love peace, but without sacrificing proximity to leisure and tourism.

The driveway is clear and free entry barriers, only the necessary walls have been built and have become the indispensable doors.

The plant floor consists of an inlet manifold with stairs to floor and basement, a lounge with TV, dining area for 8 people, fully fitted kitchen, shower room, bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a laundry room. All units on the ground floor have direct access to the pool.

Upstairs there is a dealer that gives access to the main room of 45m2 with amazing shower, bathroom, double bed, fitted wardrobes and terrace, and a service office with Wi-Fi and sea views

Outside The land of 1035m2 is fully fenced with three terraces totaling nearly 400m2 with garden furniture and a private saltwater pool with area for easy access for people with limited mobility and children, barbecue and parking for two cars.
The walks are relaxing area with fresh air and wonderful views over the sea and the cliffs.

“Amazing Villa, hope to return soon”

We initially booked a Villa Nr B?ger in the North of Mallorca. (Not this Villa) On Arrival the Villa was frankly disgusting and we did not stay and spent hours at the rental persons office trying to find an alternative villa. Our prayers were answered when we saw this amazing villa. Thankfully they answered our call and after a little negotiation agreed to rent to us for a week. The Villa is brand new and the owners were really only going to start renting it out in 2014, however they spent 3 hours getting it ready for our family. We were their first ever guests. Despite the villa still needing some final finishing touches (painting villa, garden, electric gates and a few other bits that will all be completed before 2014) the Villa was immaculate, contemporary and literally stunning. Everything you need is in the villa, and a couple of bits we did need were provided immediately after asking the owners. All appliances in the kitchen are high end, domino wok and induction hob on peninsular island, smart Bosch cooker and microwave, dishwasher and washing machines. The pool is amazing and is not chlorinated but I think it is salt water which was much better for my wife as chlorine affects her skin. It was clean and a great size with a shallow bit at one end that's built up so easy to get in. The main bedroom was fantastic! Very comfortable double bed, in a large bedroom with terrace, glass shower inside bedroom and a separate WC. Plenty of cupboards and wardrobes, and a double sink with mirrors. A real treat and well designed. All rooms had very modern air conditioning which were at knee height on the walls. My daughters each had their own bedroom with air con and double beds at other end of the villa, with doors allowing access straight to the pool outside. The owners and Manager were so helpful and really looked after us, and gave help and advice when needed. They have designed a truly wonderful Villa which once fully completed for 2014 season with all the finishing touches will be pure luxury. Thank you so much for allowing us to be your very first guests, and we look forward to hopefully staying with you again. We love the fact that its so near Palma, as we fell in love with the city! Its only a couple of minutes by car to a large supermarket and local shops including a bakery and some cafe and restaurants. Yet still quiet enough to get the peace and quiet needed for a relaxing holiday. We hope you liked the Orchid, love from the Thomasson Family x
