Apartment Oleander is the perfect place for your family holidays on Lake Como. Newly constructed with top quality finishes. Located in the town of Menaggio in Croce a residential hamlet on the hill above the city's largest. It 'also equipped with two sun loungers and two bouncers to the sun. The size of the apartment is about 90 square meters with a small garden at the entrance, terrace overlooking the lake stone pavement, a double bedroom, two single beds on the mezzanine, a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchenette, dining area and lounge area. A bathroom with shower. Lake view, garden, shared pool, enclosed property, private parking and secure. Just 1 km from the golf club of Menaggio.New modern furniture compliment this specific aspect cool set-up. You can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea while enjoying the view and relax after a day of sightseeing or swimming in the pool. The dining area caters to 6 people and the kitchen modern and clean cut are perfect for dine self catering. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven and gas, microwave. The loft overlooking the living area and has 2 single beds and is the perfect retreat for children.
