Description

A perfect serving for a romantic break situated in the heart of rural Worcestershire, ideal for walkers.

The Lodge is adjacent to the owners home and located within 10 acres of grounds. There are several local pubs which serve excellent food. Walkers will be able to enjoy the fabulous scenery of the Malvern Hills and many other fabulous walks. The Three Counties Show Grounds are also only 30 minutes away. Worcester is about 20 minutes drive away which offers a fabulous array of restaurants and shops together with Worcester Cathedral which is steeped in history. Also Edward Elgar's birth place is just a short 10 minute drive away. The nearby counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire can all be reached within an hour's drive making The Lodge the perfect location to really enjoy the Heart of England.

The Lodge is well equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your self-catering holiday with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Should you need them there is also an iron, ironing board and clothes drier.

The Lodge comprises of one king size bed , made with crisp sheets and thick bath towels.

“Lovely lodgings in rural area”

The house was compact but very clean and well appointed wth lovely views of the Malverns and great outdoor space. Jackie the owner was very helpful. A great and relaxing place to stay.

Plenty of local attractions and things to do despite the rather cool weather. However the cottage was warm and comfortable.

Jackie very kindly accommodated us at very short notice for a spur of the moment New Year mini break. Communication was great.The Lodge is immaculate, cosy and warm with wonderful views. We will we back! Thank you.

“Peaceful getaway”

The lodge is located in peaceful and stunning surroundings with views over to the Malvern Hills. The lodge is modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the outlook watching the horses and admiring the view. We went exploring Ledbury and hired bikes to follow the cider trail. The Royal Oak pub is about a20 minute walk and serves a good selection of food, the carvery is very generous! If you stay here you will certainly enjoy it.

Lovely quaint place that has everything you need and well done out. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Outdoor seating area can be looked out on from the family home/lounge which may not be everyone's preference.
