Réthaise house of 70m2, completely renovated with charm and furnished to nine, 600m from the beach and 750m from the shops. It has a nice courtyard with playground. On the ground floor: kitchen dining room equipped to nine, living room overlooking the courtyard and toilets. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (bed 160x200), 1 children's bedroom (3 beds 90x200) and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. sunny courtyard with direct access to store your bikes and beach facilitate your return. Weber BBQ, 2 deckchairs and garden furniture. You will be met locally by the concierge services Ré. Services included in rental price: * linen provided and beds made on arrival * 1 towels kit and bath per person * 2 bath mats, * 2 tea towels for the kitchen, * End of stay cleaning PETS NOT ALLOWED . HOUSE NO SMOKING. The house is located on the church square, 5 minutes from the beach. Parking spaces are free.

“Charming and very comfortable cottage”
We had a wonderful week staying in this cottage. It is located in St Marie, which is one of the quieter villages on the island but that suited us very well. We cycled off to La Flotte, St Martin and Bois-Plage on many different days (our 5 and 8 year old children had no problem cycling this journey and meant we always had a day trip planned). The cottage is on the edge of a square with an enormous Church. The cottage itself has been decorated very tastefully and with great love and attention. It is also kept spotlessly clean. I hadn't realised there was a washing machine hiding under the stairs from the original information but that was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is like a tardis; it is quite small but it has absolutely every gadget and utensil you can care to imagine. The outside seating area would also be lovely in warm weather. Unfortunately, we stayed on Ile De Re in an unseasonably cold week but we still had a brilliant holiday and have rebooked for next year. The only issue I would raise is that the glass by the stairs is not toughened and so if someone fell it could be quite a worry. However, the owner is going to address this and put over a plastic coating to make it child proof. The other tip is that there is a great pool, called Aqua-Re on the outskirts of St Martin - it has very strange opening hours to the public so you should definitely check that out but it was a great place to go on wet days. Dads beware - you need to wear brief swimming trunks or else you will need to buy them at the swimming pool reception! There is quite a good trade there with all the English families!
