Tropical seclusion and privacy at its very best. Located just 15 miles from Key West. This luxury rental consists of 2 full suites. The first floor has a roomy living room, huge screen porch, queen sleeper sofa, bath and bedroom connected by an exterior staircase to the second floor. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, living area, dining room and kitchen.
There's a lovely rear porch with hammock and lots of space to relax. The front porch boasts super open-water views and looks over the crystal clear pool. Ideal spot for 2 families. Playground and tennis courts nearby. Grounds are gated with lots of tropical palms. Expertly decorated in Old Key West charm. Dockside, moor your boat or swim in the crystal clean water. Great Kayaking Too!
Additional amenities include: swimming pool – not heated, washer / dryer, boat access (unless noted), boat dockage (45'), fully furnished, canal-front, located between marathon (mm 45) and key west (mm 0), bbq – gas, private parking or driveway, pet friendly*.
