Description

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, large fixed wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and two bedside tables. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a digital Safe. There is also a Hauck Travel Cot in the wardrobe available free for use for babies.

The living room has a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed. It sleeps 2 single people on two beds or a couple and a single person on two beds. It also has air conditioning, Internet TV Free View box, flat screen television, a DVD player (with DVDs to watch), CD Player (with CDs), a dinning table and an arm chair. It also has two ceiling fans, a selection of books including many guide books/maps and some games for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, cappuccino machine, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery needed. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available for use by guests free of charge.

The bathroom has a large bath and shower, washbasin and a toilet that is connected to the mains sewage.

The large balcony is the best part of the apartment with stunning sea view (100 yards from the sea), and a 180° panoramic sea view to the west so you can experience Cyprus' beautiful and colourful sunsets. The balcony has a patio table, 4 chairs and has two sun loungers by the pool.

All the floors are marble and the furniture is of the highest quality. There are two communal Swimming Pools that are rarely busy and they have many free sun loungers for communal use as well as the two privately owned by the apartment.

The apartment was built in 2004 and as such is in very good, clean condition. It was fully re-decorated in July 2017.

Free fast broadband WiFi is available in the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
