Description

Traditionally Spanish house with accommodation laid out over two floors. To sleep up to 6 people. Air-con in all bedrooms.

Ground Floor

Enter the property into a spacious hallway, double doorways open to the comfy lounge with UK TV, Spanish TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. The lounge is open to dining room with seating for 8 people.

A modern fitted kitchen with Fridge freezer,washing machine, microwave,oven and hob, kettle and toaster.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with king size bed, a ceiling fan and Air con, this room also has a en-suite bathroom which has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom with super king size bed, ceiling fan, Air conditioning and a balcony overlooking garden. A third bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC..

Outside

To the front of the house there is a naya (a covered terrace) with Tosca stone arches with "al fresco" dining area , open to the beautiful private garden. Gas Barbecue. There are 4 Sun loungers available and many plastic chairs for use in the garden or by the pool.

Communal pool

There is a large fabulous communal pool with slides, tunnel, bridges and children's pool to keep the family entertained for hours.

This house is located in the Cala Blanca area of Javea, just a few minutes walk from Cala Blanca beach/cove and approx 10 mins walk to the blue flag Arenal beach along with all amenities in the area. Supermarket and Pharmacy also within a short walk.

Getting around

A car is not necessarily needed, you may want to drive from the Airport and be able to drive out for the day. But the Arenal beach is approx 10 mins walk, there is also a bus which runs every 20 mins in the Summer. You can get from the Airport to Javea by bus if you prefer and there is a stop approx 500m from the property.
