Description

Recently renovated, this modern, cosy, architect designed, 5th floor, fully furnished studio has a prime location in the centre of Athens. It is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood, 50m from the Subway (Metro) station of Ambelokipi, 3 stops from the historical centre of Athens and from Syntagma square. It is fully equipped and has a small balcony with an open SW view; a supermarket lies at 30m and a parking garage is next door.
This studio is ideal for people who want to visit the places of interest in central Athens or those who come to the capital for their business.
You will be provided with one set of keys upon arrival. Please do not forget to hand the keys to the owner before checking out; Please use the relevant bin for the disposal of toilet paper or other material and do not flush them down the toilet bowl. Please respect the neighbours and do not make loud noises, like loud music; particularly, between 15:00'pm to 17:30'pm and 23:00'pm to 07:00'am, as this is not allowed according to local law. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the flat. For the rubbish disposal please use the kitchen bin and dispose it of at the neighborhood's green collection bins; blue bins are for recycling.
Please make sure that all windows are closed and all lights and electrical appliances are switched off before closing the door of the flat behind you.
Check out will take place in the presence of the owner to whom you have to hand the keys.
In any event, don't hesitate to call the owner.

House rules

For the hot water turn on the boiler switch (and a red indicator lights up). Within 15-20 mins it is ready. Don't forget to turn it off when ready.

The red couch at the entrance does not unfold into a bed.
