It is ideal for couples or families. Here the green of the olive trees, the blue of the sky and the sea predominate. In our spacious holiday homes, surrounded by dry stone walls, you can relax and enjoy the peace of nature just a few minutes from the sea and the town, in a strategic position for naturalistic excursions and tourist itineraries. The Santa Maria estate was a country house that gave hospitality to the first tourists of Mattinata 40 years ago. Now it is a modern residence with comfortable apartments, immersed in the green of ancient olive trees, in the Gargano National Park. Both the village and the sea are 500 meters away and can be easily reached on foot thanks to a convenient sidewalk.
