A Balazuc, one of the most beautiful villages of France, in southern Ardèche, come spend a pleasant holiday in our cottage "Translatour". Independent cottage, located in the village, near the church. Maisonette in the stone facade, with flowery garden, enclosed courtyard with space for the car, covered terrace with barbecue, garden and sunbathing. Living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, kitchen, bedroom with a bed 2 people, bathroom / toilet, stove, washing machine ... Activities: the river and the beach 300m, fishing, swimming, rock climbing , canoeing, horseback or hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, regional markets and many sites to visit! Nearby: Joyeuse, Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Vans Aubenas, Vogue, Labeaume ... Access to the pool of 800m flats. River at 300m allowed (fenced) on request: 30 € / week / animal (July / August)

Response from the owner Nous sommes désolés si la maison n'a pas répondu à vos attentes, Nous prenons le temps de placer les gens à l'arrivée ainsi qu'au départ ( nous sommes venus justement vous voir le vendredi ayant peur d'être pressés le samedi matin) nous aurions aimé entendre vos commentaires de vive voix... La décoration de la maison est un choix de notre part ( bois, pierres, parquet...) néanmoins nous savons que la salle de bain n'est plus au goût du jour il est dans nos projets de la refaire mais en laissant une douche , je peux comprendre qu'ayant eu 2 visiteurs supplémentaires la SDE n'a pas dû être fonctionnelle pour 4 adultes. Le terrain dessous la terrasse n'est pas à nous, mais nous demanderons la permission du propriétaire pour élaguer les branches . En espérant que vous garderez tout de même un bon souvenir de l'Ardeche . Cordialement Coralie & Violaine

Nous aurions aimé en discuter avec vous le jour de votre départ mais vous ne nous avez pas fait part de vos remarques. La haie ( taillée haute par un paysagiste) est là justement pour préserver l'intimité des locataires. La fosse septique est enterrée et invisible ( à l'arrière du gîte ) je ne comprend donc pas votre commentaire ? Dans la plupart des locations en Ardeche les draps et les serviettes sont payants au même tarif que nous. Nous prenons tout de même vos commentaires en compte. Cordialement Coralie & Violaine
