the property is located in a quiet hilly area of Pescara and is just 6km from the sea about 10 minutes, close to an outdoor shopping center with multiplex cinema (ARCA). It is easily accessible from the motorway, airport and train station. In just a few minutes you will be able to visit the historic center of the neighboring municipality of Spoltore or if you prefer you can immerse yourself in the most hectic city of Pescara with its many bars, restaurants, shops for shopping, you can reach the promenade with its beach establishments will host during the day and will entertain you until late at night. Near the tourist port of Pescara with the possibility of renting boats.
