This cosy annexe is situated in the hamlet of Stibb, close to Kilkhampton and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Claire's Cottage is a lovely annexe attached to the owners' home, in the hamlet of Stibb, 2.5 miles from Kilkhampton. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, along with a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a lawned, private garden with furniture. Claire's Cottage is a lovely base for a couple or small family with beaches and a number of attractions within easy reach.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned, private garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles.
