Description

Located in the peaceful part of the town of Hvar, ten minutes on foot from a town center or beach lies a modern villa with a beautiful view on the sea. Villa is newly built, with new swimming pool and free parking.

This holiday residence offers a total of two holiday apartments and two studios and can also be booked as a whole holiday house for 16 people. It is on the island of Hvar, in Hvar town close to the beach.

It can also be booked over the winter, as it has been fitted with central heating.

Your holiday accommodation is on a 500m² site and provides a sunny terrace and a pool for shared use, a solar-heated outdoor shower and a big outdoor grill. There are eight parking spaces on site. Pets are not allowed.

It is about a kilometre into the town centre, where you can find shopping facilities, entertainment, restaurants and cafés. The beach and the sea are also just a kilometre away, with boat hire. The nearest ferry harbour is 20km away and it is about 45km to the airport. There is a direct line to Hvar port ( 1km from Villa ) from Split by catamaran speed boat. Trip takes 1 hour.

Your studio is on the first floor of the building and provides 45m2 of space for two adults and a child. The combined living room and bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200cm), which can be separated off from the rest of the room by a curtain. It also has a dining table for meals together and a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A sofa bed (140 x 200cm), satellite TV, a CD player and air conditioning are also provided. The daylight bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. Wireless Internet access is available.

The highlight of the studio ist he 8m² south-west-facing balcony, affording a breathtaking view of evening sunsets over the sea. A table, chairs and an awning are provided. You can see nearby Paklini Islands and in distance Vis, Korčula, Lastovo and others.

Use a fire place for outside dinning, lay on terrace or use a shared swimming pool. Relax and enjoy while you explore amazing beauties of the island of Hvar. It's ideal for couples or 3 persons, but we can put extra bed as well. For children under age of 6 is free, from 6-12 years old is 50% off.

This part of Hvar is called PAIS because it's so quite that in night you are able to hear the sound of wind or even sea waves coming on a coast. During a day you can enjoy sun, later watch the sun set, and at night lie down on sun lounges and watch the amazing Milky way.
