Modern, sustainable, unique, in the countryside. The building that houses the B & B "IL PENDINO" in Corigliano Calabro, located in a residential district and in a convenient location close to the historic center and the sea, was built by the owners who are also dedicated to research of the furniture, having fun to give life to a modern style, creating sweet and soft atmospheres, where it is easy to let the outside world closed out the door and enter the charm of a house that takes the familiar feel of a place where only pursue their own feelings and his own pleasure. Particular attention was paid to sustainability, with the aim of establishing a balance between the environment and the constructed, satisfying the needs of the present without compromising with the indiscriminate use of resources, that of future generations. This is done using passive strategies such as the materials by high energy efficiency building, the solar energy for the production of hot water and renewable sources of energy. Thus was born the B & B The Pendino, exclusive apartment with large windows and elegant furnishings that blend contemporary design with the warmth of the native natural stone, giving the charm environments and balance. Every morning you can enjoy your breakfast with local sweets prepared by the landlady, comfortably ensconced in the large private terrace surrounded by greenery pampered by the scent of lemons and cedars that grow in the little garden. During your stay, we will be happy to offer advice on restaurants, romantic sunset strolls through the ancient streets of our beautiful town, sightseeing tours in Corigliano with its majestic Castello Ducale, in Rossano with the Codex purpureus, the Amarelli liquorice factory, at Sybaris, crib of Magna Grecia, with its amazing excavations .....
