The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Very close to Robert's Park and Salts Mill. Great base for exploring Yorkshire, for walking and cycling. Carole's brother, Simon, lives next door and couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. A reet good lad!

“Saltaire.”

Reviewed 25 Aug 2020

Highly recommended. We were initially surprised to findthe apartment was in the middle of a housing estate. For some reason we thought it overlooked a river! However it was in a brilliant position for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and town and a very quiet area. The flat was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It also has a little balcony. The owners brother lives next door and looks after the flat and is very welcoming. It is 5 mins to Saltaire Mill, Roberts Park with a river and Riverside pub and a canal with boat trips. We visited Skipton, Ilkley, Halifax Piece Hall, Hebden Bridge, Brontë Village, Saltaire Mill which has a David Hockney exhibition. We also had a canal boat trip. All done in 4 days. Plus if you are a cricket fan there are several local matches to watch on a weekend. Definitely recommend. Kathie Pitt.

“Absolutely excellent”

Reviewed 7 Jul 2019

Great location, nice clean flat in a lovely, peaceful area. A very short distance to the bus stop and to the train station. A very friendly and helpful landlady and her brother, who lived next door was a great old gentleman who sorted our wi-fi issues for us. We loved watching, from the kitchen window to the back yard, how the squirrels, doves, magpies and jays went about their business while we made breakfast. I cannot recommend Saltaire enough and this flat is the perfect headquarters for your visit to the town and its surroundings.
