Description

Number 1 Spanish VIllas is set in the picturesque grounds of Penstowe Manor on the outskirts of KIlkhampton and just 5 Miiles away from the popular resort of Bude. The villa is semi detached with its own private garden which has a patio and grassed area with patio doors leading from the lounge area.. At the rear of the villa is a grassed area with a washing line overlooking farmland. There is parking opposite the villa. This is the ideal holiday location , you can make it as tranquil or as hectic as you feel. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering break however if you do want to eat out there are plenty of places in the surrounding area.The villa comfortably sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom however there is a bed settee which can be used as additional sleeping for 2. A travel cot and highchair can be provided with prior arrangement .All bed linen will be provided on arrival (apart from cot). Towels will not be provided.

A thorough deep clean will be carried out between guests due to Covid 19 hand sanitizers will also be left for you to use.

We have had to change our check in time to 5pm and check out time to 9am to enable our cleaners to have enough time to ensure the property is sanitised for your use.

We are members of the park club which gives free access to gym, pools and entertainment.

Penstowe reserve the rights to change their events as necessary.

I booked this very last minute due to Portugal going on the amber list as I was booked to go there, I can honestly say that I am now glad that we had to cancel Portugal or we would never have discovered this beautiful place. The owner Sian was very helpful answering any questions I had promptly and the villa was immaculate, we had an amazing week away and I would highly recommend this place for an idyllic holiday. Thank you again Sian we had a blast.

We had a great time in Cornwall. House is very nice and clean. Well equipped, you’ll find absolutely everything you need in it. Location is also good, just a short drive to some nice beaches and walking trials Will definitely go back and absolutely recommending it.

We had a comfortable stay in this accommodation. Everything you needed was there. Good location for visiting other places in Cornwall and Bude the nearest town had good range of shops. Would book again.

“A pleasant stay”

Lovely chalet comfortable, good for 4 but enough for 6. Well equipped. Peaceful spot 5 minutes to Manor House when open. 15 minute walk to village. We used the London inn as the closest and was nice food and drinks. Thank you Sian for a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

Just returned from two lovely weeks at 1 Spanish Villas. It's a real home from home. Everything you might need. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Kids loved the pool on site and Captain Crumble and other shows. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for a lovely holiday stay.
