La Villetta si compone di una grande stanza matrimoniale 7x8 m con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto da una piazza e mezza. Comò armadio comodini angolo tv scrivania porta finestra + due finestre. graziosamente arredata. Arieggiata e fresca. Un bagno grande con vasca e doccia + un altra stanza grande con letto o lettini o divano letto ( a seconda delle esigenze erichieste) e angolo cottura. Finestra e porta finestra. Fuori un grande dehors con tavoli poltroncine sdraio lettini al fresco all ombra dei pini e del gazebo. Un barbecue. Ubicata in una proprietà privata di circa 2 ettari recintati. Si accede da un viale di pini parcheggio per la macchina all ombra. La villa staccata della proprietaria per accogliere i propri ospiti facendo sentire il calore di questa terra incantevole e del meraviglioso mare con i suoi colori che vanno dal verde acqua, al verde smeraldo al blu cobalto al turchese. Proporre loro le gite da fare i luoghi sia di mare che i paesi interni con una architettura di palazzi monumenti ricchi di storia
