Bungalow converted into Villa with large garden & terrace, just 400 metres from Public Beach of Grand Gaube, in the tropical island of Mauritius. 2 furnished bedrooms, plus an Annexed Room with bathroom/ toilet, is also available. - it can be useful if you want to receive more guests in the Villa.
As we are in the north of Mauritius, a warm climate awaits you whole year (with few rainy days) except in August when the minimum temperature at night can be only 19 degrees ! So, our extreme winter is the equivalent of Europe's spring... :)

Accommodation with TOTAL surface Area of 133 m² in Mauritian Style :
2 furnished bedroom [1 with King-size bed] + Living room with TV + Dining Room + Equipped Kitchen + Toilet/Bathroom + Exterior terrace & traditional Barbecue area at the backyard.
Villa Equipped with Tables/Chairs/Sofa, TV, Microwave/grill, Gas Cooker, Fridge, Phone, Internet Connection-Wifi, Parking, & part-time Reception; I (Nitish) am also often there, so i can help you to organise your outings and visits of different Places of attraction in Mauritius. A maid comes twice a week and a cook can also be ordered for mauritian meals.. A Baby-sitter can also be contacted.
Electricity & water costs are included in the rental fees charged.
Tropical fruits can be picked/ plucked in the yard, depending on the season. Available fruits are : mangoes, bergamote / citrus, guavas, jack fruit, passon fruit, bilimbi, breadfruit....
