The concept: your temporary home on the beach.

A connected, self-contained 3-bedroom luxury boutique beach villa, rented as a single unit, is just right for a family or group of friends.

All rooms are en-suite with terraces overlooking the Indian Ocean. A secluded 40-foot infinity pool is a watery alternative to the sea, and ayurvedic treatments and massages are available on request.

The Villa consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and verandas opening onto the sea. It is child-friendly with highchair, playpens, infant cots available and a security gate at the top of the stairs. All rooms are tastefully furnished in antique colonial pieces. There is a TV/DVD corner and a music system.

Perched on the edge of the Indian ocean’s edge, it is set in a landscaped garden and coconut grove leading out onto a broad beach of golden sand which is shared mainly with the local fishermen.

Delicious meals, made with fresh local produce, are included in the daily rate and are cooked onsite by our staff. Our team of 7 has welcomed guests from all over the world, and given sufficient notice, is able to accommodate special dietary needs.

The Wadiya does not serve alcohol but guests are welcome to bring their own, without a corkage fee.

The villa has internet and wifi throughout the property, phone and fax facilities, and a complimentary laundry service.

THE DAILY RATE FOR THE VILLA COVERS ACCOMMODATION, ALL MEALS, THE SERVICE CHARGE AND ALL TAXES FOR 6 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN.

Tuk-tuks are available for getting around quickly. For other day or haf-day trips transport can be arranged at the hotel and the drivers are paid directly by the guest.

Guests to the villa are welcomed by a dedicated staff, headed by the manger who lives on site.They will be available to help you settle in and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. All your meals can be served either in the villa or in one of the food pavilions. The villa is self-contained and set in a large coconut grove which extends down to the beach. Even when the grounds are shared, they are spacious enough to comfortably maintain a distance from other guests and the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.
