Suite Home is the ideal holiday home for those who are 'looking for a warm and cozy place to spend short stays in perfect autonomy and for those looking for a real home away from home for long periods of stay in pairs, family or with friends. The central location in the area well served makes it suitable even for short business trips. L 'apartment is located only a short walk from the small Como Borghi station (Ferrovie Nord Milano) that, in less than sixty minutes, connect it directly to the city of Milan, Via Saronno, all' airport of Milan Malpensa. The old town and the lake can be reached on foot with a pleasant fifteen minute stroll through the shopping streets but, alternatively, you can also opt for the bike sharing service, available right in the square in front of the nearby train, or for a race just four minutes by train that leads directly to the lake (stop Como Nord Lago). From here you can embark on one of the boats that make day trips to the beautiful towns of the lake such as Cernobbio, Lenno, Tremezzo and Bellagio, or take the funicular to Brunate from which to enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps. The neighborhood is served by a convenient supermarket, from the market town, bars, restaurants and shops. A four hundred meters is also the didactic Museum of Silk worthy of a visit as a place of historical memory of the silk from Como who collects and exhibits important machinery and unique finds in the world. The apartment, carefully restored in 2014 with a careful and thorough look at the environmental issues and measures for energy saving, comfort and design, spread over fifty square meters and consists of a large double bedroom , living room with sofa bed and equipped cooking area, a loft of 14 sqm. overlooking the area day equipped with two comfortable sofa beds of the lake, two bathrooms, one en suite with double vanity and large shower cubicle.
