Description

Architecturally designed house with 4 apartments on hillside with Seaview. Suited in the nature, it is a genuinely lovely space to be and relax. It is typical gated coastal house with 3 large terraces built with intention to feel the nature and enjoy coastal adventures. The house has modern extension and is fully furnished. The lower level apartment is private that our family use on weekly basis.

Each of the 3 upper level apartments is for 2 persons only, has its own fully equipped kitchen with double bed in the same room, and bathroom with shower. Two apartments have exit to the shared large terrace from which you can access the roof terrace. The third apartment (the one without the exit to terrace) has instead one extra single bed that can be used for the extra person, meaning 3 persons can use apartment.

You will be provided with clean towels. If you have any special requests, I can try accommodate if told in advance of arrival.

You will have some friendly comforts provided for your stay, including the usual towels and shampoos. The house has outside cameras, two cameras in the stair way and corridor. They are used for protection of the property.

There is 40 EUR cleaning fee.

There is 300 EUR security deposit.

Getting around

The joy of Ankaran is that is short on population, which means it’s more nature in this area, more options to do outdoor tours in nature, there is a bus connection either to Trieste or Koper. For getting around you can use house bicycles, bus (nearest bus local station is 5 minute from the property), car with major highways 10 minutes away.

Interaction with guest

As mentioned we don’t use this house for living. However we are always around the place due to the business travels we do on daily basis. Occasionally we would just stop by for afternoon, an hour or two or maybe just for the night. I will always give you all the time you need to give you advice for tours or activities you would like to do locally or in the greater distance area. If I’m not around, you can reach me over the phone or via email. You’ll have access to the property gate, main upper house entrance through which you will enter one of 3 apartments. They are all at the same level, share the same corridor. Downstairs you will have additional clean towels and bedsheets. On the property you can use swimming pool (from around mid May),
