Bienvenue au Gîte SO'délices, une charmante résidence de vacances nichée dans un cadre champêtre à Saint-Etienne-du-Bois, en Vendée. Autrefois une ferme typiquement vendéenne, notre maison et ses dépendances ont été rénovées pour offrir un havre de paix à ceux qui cherchent une échappée reposante. Idéale pour des retrouvailles entre amis ou en famille, notre location peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 à 15 personnes grâce à ses espaces modulables.
Situé à la campagne, notre gîte offre un cadre propice au repos et à l'évasion, où vous pourrez savourer la douceur de vivre dans un environnement authentique. Notre maison est dotée de tout le confort moderne, avec des pièces de vie lumineuses, un salon-bibliothèque pour se détendre, cinq chambres confortables avec leurs propres salles d'eau, ainsi qu'une salle de jeux pour divertir les plus jeunes.
Pour votre bien-être, nous mettons à votre disposition un espace détente équipé d'un spa jacuzzi en intérieur, idéal pour se relaxer après une journée bien remplie à explorer les environs.
Le Gîte SO'délices est idéalement situé en Vendée, à quelques kilomètres de la Loire-Atlantique. Vous serez à seulement 20 minutes de La Roche-sur-Yon, à 35 minutes des plages vendéennes, à 45 minutes de Nantes et à 55 minutes du célèbre parc d'attractions du Puy du Fou.

Response from the owner Une précision s'impose : Le propriétaire ne "se sert" pas facilement dans la caution ménage puisque nous n'avons, en 4 ans d'exploitation, eu recours à la caution que 2 fois, dont 1 fois (intégralement) où les hôtes n'ont absolument pas contesté. Nous mettons un point d'honneur à offrir un gîte impeccable sur le plan de la propreté, ce que nos hôtes apprécient toujours. A ceux qui font l'économie du forfait ménage, nous signalons au moment de la réservation et rappelons à l'arrivée que les lieux devront être restitués dans le même état qu' à l'arrivée. Si nous jugeons que trop de points ont échappé à l'attention de nos hôtes malgré les préconisations apportées (sanitaires, cuisine, linge de lits...), nous pouvons effectivement en tenir compte au moment où après le départ. C'est ce qui s'est passé dans le cas présent, avec une retenue partielle correspondant au temps passé. Merci à nos hôtes de leur compréhension et du respect de notre travail que nous nous efforçons de faire avec le plus grand sérieux et en parfaite honnêteté.
