Description

Our condo located in a Cinnamon Cove, a gated community. We are a short three miles from fun filled Fort Myers Beach and four miles from the Sanibel Island Causeway, providing access to miles of shell covered beaches. We are just a short walk from a major grocery chain, pharmacies, restaurants and banks. If public transportation is preferred, there are bus stops outside each of our two entrances where one can ride LEETRAN to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) or area shopping. Access to the Fort Myers Beach Trolley is less than a mile from our front entrance, offering a convenient way to get to and from the beach in high season.

Our beautifully landscaped, active community boasts three lakes and 10 heated swimming pools. We offer tennis, bocce, pickle ball, shuffleboard and other amenities including a large clubhouse with library, billiards and ping-pong, as well as a fitness center and meeting rooms. A large main pool and spa adjoin the clubhouse. A screened pavilion overlooking the lake has gas grills and picnic tables where small parties are held and friends and family can be entertained. Our entire clubhouse and recreation area is a Wi-Fi hotspot.

This fabulous 2nd floor 2 bedroom End Unit has a great lake view from Lanai and Living room. Extra large and sunny master suite with a lake view. Breakfast nook in well designed kitchen. Tile in kitchen, entrance and bathrooms. Conveniently situated near the elevator and just one building away from the Club House and Main pool.A Satellite pool just across the road. Covered parking.
