Description

Our beautiful home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, 1 mile from Disney Land, with a large front and back yard, equipped with a large swimming pool with spa. The kitchen is equipped with new all new stainless steel appliances, everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends (gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher). For your convenience, we offer you, wi-fi, Direct TV, purified water, and Flat Screen TVs' throughout. The family room overlooks the back yard with a view of the pool and spa and outdoor dining features. A Gas barbecue grill is provided for your outdoor culinary experience. The backyard also has a scenic view of the fruit trees and vegetable garden. As a bonus, there's a nightly view of Disneyland fireworks. Our home is wheelchair accessible for seniors and for the young ones in their strollers. We value seniors with walkers and wheelchair needs. This home has been sanitized to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Beautiful local parks in walking distance, and all of the well-known attractions are close by: Disneyland, the Convention center and restaurants (Less then a mile away). Knott’s Berry Farm, and the Huntington Beach Pier are in the vicinity as well. Don’t miss out on some of the newer activities such as the Aquarium of the Pacific, Disney’s Aquatic Exploration, (Long Beach), the Discovery Science Center (Santa Ana) and Soak City (Buena Park) Our Local Water Parks.

Of course there are the natural wonders of So. Cal. including Big Bear Mountain for Skiing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Sledding, Corona Del Mar for Ocean Tide Pooling (check the Tide Charts for low tide) or Temecula Wine Country. Want to see your favorite sit-com or talk show taped in Hollywood / Burbank? take in some culture at the Getty or Norton Simon Museums?

The House Manager will meet with you to conduct a walk through of the property. The keys will be turned over to you upon your acceptance of the property. All residents must provide identification in light of recent health issues arising from COVID-19. All towels provided must be returned or replacement fees of $15 per towel will be assessed against deposit. An added fee will be charged against the deposit for added guests.
