Situé au beau milieu du pays des collines, bienvenue dans cet espace original de 165 m² aux couleurs tropicales. Deux salons avec canapés-lits, deux chambres doubles, deux cuisines, deux terrasses

Bienvenue dans cet espace original de 165 m² aux couleurs tropicales.

Nous sommes situés au milieu du parc naturel des collines, en Wallonie picarde, à 70 km de Bruxelles, 30 km de Lille et 50 km de la côte belge.

La capacité maximale du gîte est de 7 personnes (Adultes ou enfants) et de 2 bébés.

Deux salons avec deux canapés-lits, deux chambres doubles, deux cuisines, deux terrasses, une salle de douche, trois toilettes, une salle de bain et une salle de jeu avec un billard et un jardin sont à votre disposition.

Pour rappel, il s'agit d' une location simple du bâtiment. Nous n'offrons aucun service. Pas de petit déjeuner. Si vous dépassé la capacité maximale de 9 personnes, alors , les réunions avec plus de personnes doivent être effectuées à l' extérieur de la propriété dans un autre endroits plus approprié.

Un code d'accès vous sera communiqué dès votre arrivée.

Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue au gîte. Pour votre information, nous habitons la maison juste derrière. Nous restons joignables facilement en cas de besoin. Afin de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible et éviter les malentendus voici quelques règles et recommandations à suivre, en complément de celles énoncées dans le contrat de location.

Plusieurs ballades pédestres dans les bois démarrent juste en face du gîte.

Les sentiers balisés pour randonnées à vélos sont installés avec des points nœuds juste au départ devant le gîte.

Votre heure d’arrivée est à préciser au plus tard 2 jours avant l’arrivée.

Sauf autre accord, l’arrivée est possible à partir de 16h et le départ prévu au plus tard à midi. En cas de contretemps, merci de nous prévenir.

La caution de 250 euros est à régler lors de l’arrivée en espèce (chèques bancaires non acceptés). Elle vous sera restitué soit au check-out , soit dans les dix jours de votre départ par virement bancaire.

Organisation de votre accueil et de votre séjour

•Arrivée

Les quatre clefs et une télécommande vous sont remises à votre arrivée et doivent être restituées à votre départ (5 euros par clefs manquantes et 25 euros par télécommandes manquantes seront déduits de la caution).

Le code de connexion WIFI vous est communiqué sur demande à l’arrivée.

•Séjour

Veillez à respecter les infrastructures et le mobilier. Nous vous demandons de fermer les fenêtres de toit en cas de pluie et lors de vos absences. Les draps de lits et les draps (serviettes) de bain sont à apporter. Les lits sont pourvus de couettes et d’oreillers et chaque matelas est pourvu d’une housse protectrice imperméable. Pour des raisons d’hygiène, nous vous demandons de placer un drap sur le matelas, une housse de couette et des taies d’oreillers (que vous placerez au-dessus des sous-taies présentes).

Pour le nettoyage final, les 70 euros sont à régler à l’arrivée.

Les mesures sont de 140 cm sur 190 cm pour le drap du matelas du canapé-lit en bas et de 180 cm sur 220 cm pour sa housse de couette. Les mesures sont de 140 cm sur 180 cm pour le drap du matelas du salon méridienne-lit à l’étage et de 180 cm sur 220 cm pour sa housse de couette. Les mesures sont de 180 cm sur 200 cm pour les draps du matelas et de 220 cm sur 240 cm pour sa couette du lit de la chambre de droite à l’étage. Les mesures sont de 160 cm sur 200 cm pour les draps du matelas et de 220 cm sur 240 cm pour sa couette du lit de la chambre de gauche à l’étage.

Pour des raisons d'hygiène et de propreté, les animaux ne sont pas admis dans le gîte.

Par respect pour les occupants du gîte, le bâtiment est non fumeur à l’intérieur.

Nous vous demandons de toujours veiller à laisser le passage libre pour les voitures pouvoir circuler à toutes heures dans l’allée devant le gîte. Le parking moto se trouve en face de l’entrée du gîte à l’intérieur de la propriété. Votre parking voiture se trouve devant le gîte le long de la rue. Lorsque les événements le permettent, quelques fois à titre exceptionnel sur demande et en accord avec le propriétaire, votre parking voiture peut se trouver à l’intérieur de l’enceinte la propriété. Nous déclinons toutes responsabilités concernant les éventuels dégâts causé aux véhicules garés sur le parking.

La connexion TV et Internet et les consommations sont comprises dans la location en cas de séjour d’une semaine ou moins. Les consommations en électricité, pellets (chauffage et eau chaude) et eau ne sont pas comprises pour les locations de plus d’une semaine. Les compteurs sont relevés en début et fin de séjour.

Le gîte est équipé de compteurs électriques de nuit et week-end à tarif avantageux. Le thermostat et les vannes thermostatiques des radiateurs vous permettent de régler la température intérieure.

Le gîte doit être rendu dans un état de propreté équivalent à celui de l’arrivée. En cas de paiement pour le nettoyage final, un état ‘correct’ est cependant demandé. La vaisselle propre et le mobilier doivent être remis à leurs places d’origine. A l’heure de départ convenue, un état des lieux est effectué. Nous vous demandons de nous renseigner toute casse, toute dégradation ou tout manquement éventuel. Nous ne facturons pas le bris de l’un ou l’autre verre mais tenons à effectuer les remplacements ou réparations nécessaires. La caution sera restituée au locataire au plus tard dans les 3 jours suivant la fin du séjour.
