Description

The house is located on the heights of St Claude in a beautiful area. Hiking, Skiing, waterfalls ... studio, bedroom and bathroom redone recently. All linen is provided The studio has a kitchenette with table and chairs, equipped with everything you need (fridge, coffee machine, microwave combination oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster etc.) Corner TV and BZ comfortable for 2 people. balcony equipped for meals for two. You can smoke on the balcony. Large adjoining room available for guests Spacious bathroom with toilet area. ideal for two people for limited space in room with dining area and kitchen BZ so open entrance with cupboards and wardrobe. Accommodation with private entrance, personally we stay in the house at the floor below. Parking is in front of the house located in a quiet area overlooking the city. Possibility to park bikes Ski bikes in garage. We are 25 minutes from the ski runs or background. We are 60 km from Geneva (65 minutes winding roads) and there is no public transport. City tax of 0.55 € per person over 18 years per night is payable against receipt
