Description

A traditional luxury 9 bedroom villa situated on 850 m. in Parnassus mountain, 2 hours from Athens, just 15 minutes from the biggest ski center, 30 min. from the nearest coast. It has a panoramic view, big garden, bbq, playground, swimming pool, adult's trampoline.

It is a three flloor superb villa which combine the stone, the wood and the concrete in a unique way and makes its guest to feel the warm and friendly atmosphere. The air that you breathe, the spring water that you drink and the peaceful "noises" of the birds that you hear turn on your senses and fill you with energy and relaxing in the same time!

The house is fully equipped (dish washer, washing machine, microwave-oven, 2 fridges, 3 kinds of coffee makers, generator, etc.) that makes your stay like home! Bikes are also available upon request!

It is a self standing villa so there are no shared areas. Any how there is the possibility to rent it partly under request as it has 2 apartments, one in the ground floor and other on first and second floor. In rentals for less than 15 people only the first and second floor are occupied.

Our interaction with guests is limited to a welcome check in and the check out at the departure date. Of course we are glad to give any help or information needed

There is a train nearby goes directly to Athens (1.45 hours trip duration)

It is a great place not only for skiing but also for mountain bike, trekking, swimming but also relaxing from the every day stress.

The best place for nature lovers during summer and winter.

House rules

The house is divided in two separate apartments, the one in the ground floor and the other in the 1st and 2nd floor. If there are more than 15 visitors, both apartments will be used, and if they are less only the 1st and second floor will be used, were there is plenty of space for everyone. The apartments are also rented separately. Firewood for the fire place are not included in the price. For 3 to 4 days of stay in the price we include oil consumption of 90lt for the heating of the house.

“Great house”

Great house, full of amenities, amazing view. Ideal for big families and kids. Nice idea for summer vacation also. Near to ski center Parnassos. It has been a pleasure to stay there.
