Description
9 bedrooms and 8 full baths (one with Jacuzzi tub) in this 5000 square foot house completely remodeled in 2006. This is the ultimate in family vacations, reunions, weddings or corporate retreats. There is plenty of off-street parking with room for up to 12 cars. Room for team buses. The house has additional 1800 square feet of covered porches with picnic tables and gas grill. We are just 100 feet from the bay with public access for both you and your boat or water toys. The bay is ideal for children since it is shallow with no waves to worry about. The amazing Gulf of Mexico beach is two short blocks away.
Ours is one of the largest rentals on the beach and we have a private pool for our guests only. A 17 x 33 foot Game Room was recently added having a pool table, XBox One, Foosball table, ping pong table and Air Hockey table.
There are 3 oversized master suites with king beds on the second floor, each with its own sitting area with table, chairs, mini refrigerator and coffee maker; private covered balcony offering gorgeous sunset views over Santa Rosa Sound.
On the first floor, we offer two master suites; one with two queen-sized beds opening directly onto the covered porch and the pool. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a handicapped-friendly bath with open shower and bedroom suite containing three queen size beds.
Also on the first floor, we have one large bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom, and french doors leading to the wrap around porch and the swimming pool. There are two rooms with twin beds and one room with a full bed. No futons, rollaway beds or cubby holes here, every person has their own bedroom and privacy. This is the reason we restrict occupancy to 26 persons or less. Additionally, we have a wood crib and a Pack 'N Play.
Every bedroom has its own TV. Every bathroom has a hair dryer. There are two refrigerators and a commercial ice maker. The dining room has two tables with chairs and bar stools in the kitchen area. The laundry room has a Samsung large washer and dryer.
