Beautiful Summer Home / Cottage for rent weekly from June 7th to Sept 12th, 2015.

This two storey summer home is nestled on the south side the Cocagne River, directly across from the Cocagne Marina. It includes Kitchen/ Dining room, Living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, two Bathrooms, and two decks.

Kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, donut maker, bread maker, popcorn machine, all pots and frying pans, pizza pans etc., casserole dishes, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, utensils, dish clothes, drying towels, cleaning products, dish soap and dishwasher soap supplied. This summer home also includes washer and dryer and garden hose. Bathrooms include blow dryer, clothes iron, face clothes, hand towels, bath towels and face soap is supplied.

There are 32” flat screen TV’s in both the living room and master bedroom. There is a balcony off of the second floor master bedroom, which is a lovely space to sit in the evening and watch the breathtaking sunsets over the water.

The yard includes a large fire pit, small pond with fountain, raised gardens and the lot is treed on both sides. With a nearly constant breeze, this property is virtually mosquito free. Gardens will be planted and renters are welcome to the vegetables and fruit.

Our entrance to the beach also includes a boat drop for those boating enthusiasts. The river is safe for children, as well as the surrounding area. This home is on a cul-de sac, which is all cottages and people drive very slowly, and there is very little traffic. The yard is large with a large field behind the house.

There is a beautiful large 17 X 27 deck with attached barbeque deck, including barbeque. The deck includes large patio table with six chairs, a very nice bamboo table with four bamboo chairs, two large resin chairs with footstool, three seat swing and rocking chair. Not to mention a beautiful little TIKI Bar and stools. There is also a deck at the back of the house, for the morning sun.

This one of a kind property is spacious, main floor is open concept and comfortable. This is a great place to spend those beautiful summer days. Only 10 minutes to Shediac or Bouctouche and only 20 minutes to Moncton and international airport. 45 minutes to the confederation bridge to PEI. It is also close to all ammentities, grocery, restaurant, gas station etc. This property is perfect for couples, or families with children of any age. Bedrooms have extra space to set up playpen etc. if required. There is parking for at least six vehicles.

Response from the owner Thanks Anita, We were happy to have you stay. You were very good guests, and would welcome you back any time. I didn't realize someone was sleeping on the couch. We have 4 double high airbeds at the cottage for guests use. We don't expect anyone to have to sleep on couches. Thanks for booking with us. Come back again!
