Private, quiet, Alamkita's 2 bungalows are 15 minutes to center of town, surrounded by trees and stunning rice field views with fresh-water swimming pool. Perfect for short or long-term stays.
If you are single or a couple; a consultant, here on business, a writer, or work for an NGO or university for short or longer-term stay in Yogya, you'll appreciate our relaxing, peaceful privacy, natural surroundings and close access to the city.
Alamkita is also perfect for tourists or your house guests who are looking for a quiet place to come back to after a day of sightseeing.
Situated on a bluff above the river, surrounded by bamboo groves and towering trees, looking out over lush green rice fields and small fish ponds below, you'll enjoy beautiful views from your private balcony - after taking a refreshing dip in the fresh water swimming pool.
Alamkita means "our natural world" and is a small private homestay designed and built by owner, with two separate bungalows located right on the river at the edge of a Javanese village. The soothing sound of water flowing over the dam is a constant background symphony. Only a 15-minute drive from the city center of Malioboro,
Bungalow Semilir – (means chilly, airy)
Your spacious two-story bungalow is situated right on the river with the room upstairs and large bath downstairs. Windows on all sides keep the room cool no matter what the temperature. Enjoy river, fish ponds / paddy fields, and swimming pool views right from your room. This bungalow has a sitting area inside with a private balcony overlooking the river outside.
