Facing one of the most beautiful slopes of the Pelion Mountain, one of these privileged to a captivating view of the infinite blue sea of the Pagasetic Gulf, the Pacithea Villas are waiting for you: located on the edge of the picturesque village Milies, two newly built independent residences, in a friendly environment that we created for you with true care, respect and concern.

The fully-equipped villas are the ideal choice for a family, a group of friends or couples who will select Pelion for their winter or summer vacation. The apartment complex consists of carefully designed spaces that combine traditional elements of the local architecture with a subtle sense of luxury. Our philosophy is based on providing every comfort of a sumptuous contemporary resort in a nice intimate environment with the power to induce the sense of relaxation and calmness of your home.

The Villas are set around a specially designed outdoor space with limitless view of the sea in a way that each residence is self-contained with separate entrance and direct access to the common facilities including a swimming pool, a gym and a barbeque.

The Horizon villa is suitable for 6-8 people. The interior space of 125 sq.m. divided into two levels, ground floor and second floor. The entrance to the villa is located on a raised terrace. Entering you will see the large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen in the background. On this floor is located one of the three bedrooms of the villa.

Going up the stairs you will find yourself in the loft of the villa where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located, while in the background you will see a landscaped office space.

The spaces of the villa known for comfort, atmosphere of luxury and attention to detail given in their configuration. It is ideal for families with children, as it covers all their needs, as well as safety standards.

BEDROOMS

King-size Bedroom: It has a double bed with side commodes, wardrobe, boudoir with mirror, LCD TV.

Master Bedroom: It has a double bed with side night tables, double wardrobe, LCD TV.

Children Bedroom: It has two single beds with protection bars, double wardrobe, LCD TV.

LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM

It features a fireplace, living room with three-seater sofa and armchairs, dining table from 8 seats with up to 10, 3D TV and home cinema.

KITCHEN

It has built-in electrical appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Also closets are complete with utensils including plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins.

BATHROOMS

They have enclosed shower baths with hydro-massage, furniture with drawers and mirror, as well as all the necessary equipment such as hair dryers, toiletries, towels.

OFFICE SPACE

It features a fully equipped office with laptop, printer, telephone, wireless Internet, office supplies, as well as furniture the library and a two-seater sofa bed.

Hot tub & sitting area

In the large communal terrace of the outdoor space we have created a relaxation area. The comfortable sitting area is ideal for an enjoyable coffee while the sun sets or for a leisure evening with a drink and friends. The view from this point reaches to the horizon, deep into the Pagasitikos gulf. Right beside the sitting area we have installed a hot tub for 5 people, under a protective awning.

Patio and Barbeque

The outdoor area is divided into other smaller areas. One of them includes the sheltered barbeque, a large wooden dining table and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The space is ideal for an evening with friends, fun and nice food.

Swimming Pool

The 4.5 by 8.5 pool is located at the lowest level of the outdoor space, a and has an unobstructed view to the sea. Here you can swim under the shade of tall trees any time of day. By the poolside we have created a grassy area with loungers, ideal for coffee and sunbathing, or to enjoy the views with a drink in the evening.

Getting around

Local festivals In the summer months the locals organize feasts and festivals that give new life to the area, inviting visitors to experience and this side of the region. The celebratory festival of Agia Paraskevi takes place between 25 and 27 of July each year, including traditional music and songs. Also taking place in summer are the “Filippideia” a series of cultural events including concerts, exhibitions and many other events. In mid-August the “Milies Nights” take place and at the end of August the “Pear Festival”, the village fills with people, songs and good flavors.
