We use a drape in the 3rd bedroom to mask our summer flower pots on the other side of the room in winter. This room is at lake is not officially a bedroom because it is a terrace level basement room &naturally cooler. if you are bringing a 7th person, the reservation must be made in advance for us to prepare the air mattress or non-pullout couch to make into a bed.

Canandaigua Lakeside Home - upper two floors. 2 bedrooms In summer there is an outdoor changing area with water. Charming view and deck filled with lots of colorful flower pots in summer. Canandaigua has lots to do: Festivals, Wine and Culinary Center with tastings and cooking classes, Sonnenburg Gardens, History Museum, CAMC - outdoor amphitheater with covered and lawn seats, Canandaigua Lady - grande boat tour etc. About 25+- minutes to Bristol Ski Mountain and Naples, NY

Lots of Art, Music, Grape and other festivals. Wonderful fall foliage retreat too.

Meals, bicycle rentals, tour guides, wash and fold service, daily housekeeper for an extra fee. The apartment can accommodate 3 more persons but there will be an extra cost and the beds may or not be on the floor. One is an air mattress. There also another bedroom for an extra cost.

Swimming off our private property or with a lifeguard is 1/4 mile walking distance to home from about 11 am until 8 pm weather and town permitting. Public bathroom. Extra cost for: home made meals, bicycle rental, bicycle tours, wash and fold laundry, yoga classes etc. Only those persons registered can use the home/no stop ins of non-registered guests. 24 hour Supervision of children and adults needing extra care must be done by competent family member over 25 years old or a paid registered guest.

If a child or an adult needing extra care is found unsupervised, you or Tripadvisor/Flipkey or I (without penalty to me) will cancel the reservation and no funds will be returned to guest by host to the guest.

When renting for 5-8 persons the third bedroom/efficiency is unlocked and the price goes to $600 a night- wherein the reservation amount may be adjusted before check-in/at time of reservation.

Cable tv is an additional $50 per stay or per month not prorated - pls order 3+ days before arrival. Otherwise, you can use your computer with my HDMI cable/AppleTV to watch internet TV or order rabbit tv which u can use with ur computer.

Firepit just brought to property and hope to have it operational soon. Please do not put water in the Firepit/Chiminea.

Join us at the mountain for skiing/snowboarding or the Granger House Carriage Rides/Ladle event, The Ganondagan Winter Festival or the new maple syrup rights of spring breakfasts around town - all for a fee. Activities for your honey and/or the whole family!

if 4th-5th person wants their own blow up mattress, it is $100 a night. We prepare the bed unless we consider this a last minute reservation.
