Description

This luxury townhome has a stunning, modern décor throughout. It has a private splash pool with conservation views and no rear neighbours, a large balcony, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a spacious, open-plan layout. Serenity is the perfect location for visiting the Orlando attractions, plus you have resort-style living with a clubhouse, communal pool, gym and kids’ play area included.

This two-storey end-of-terrace townhome has a beautiful living area with a 3-seater leather sofa, armchairs, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the pool terrace.

The ultra-modern open-plan kitchen has pure white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area with bar stools. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. It also has a separate wine fridge under the breakfast bar.

The stylish dining area seats 6 and is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Also on the ground level, you will find a beautiful queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet.

All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. On the upper level you will find the spacious master suite with a king bed, huge walk-in wardrobe and a lovely private balcony with views over the conservation area. The en suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks, a shower and toilet.

The third bedroom has twin beds and a walk-in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower, sink and toilet.

The screened-in pool deck has conservation views and no rear neighbours. It has a table and chairs set for outdoor dining and sun loungers. The pool also has a seating bench. The pool can be heated (optional extra). A pool security fence is also provided for families with small children.

There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer plus ironing equipment. The home is air conditioned throughout, has Wifi and free local calls. There is also complimentary use of a high chair and travel cot (pack and play). There is parking space in front of the property.

Serenity is located in a nature area that border the property of Disney and Animal Kingdom. It is about 15 minute drive to the Disney parks and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The condominium is new and well organized. It's in the middle of a conservation area and a property management is ready to assist our guests 24 hours a day.

“SWIMMING POOL NOT BEING HEATED TO COLD TO USE.”
