Response from the owner We have the nest thermostat because we try to be as green as possible and we try to not waste more energy than needed. The thermostat is open and not locked The guest can control the temperature as needed. Very easy to use There is a step down to the living room that we highlighted for guest to see. The boxes that he mentioned were cable wires not electrical boxes That are not hazardous that were covered after we read the review We change pillows and sheets every time a guest checks in. The mattresses were almost new The place was fully remodeled 8 moths ago all furniture is practecly new. I am sorry that my guest was not happy with the beds . We supply hair dryers to all units It's was in the closet The guest did not communicate to us at the time he stayed at the home regarding the issues if we were we would of addressed them at the spot We thank you for staying with us And we will make sure to improve on all issues.
