Coast View Apartment is a luxurious and modern finished 2 bedroom (sleep 6) sea view apartment in a very quite area of Qawra.
Apartment consists of
- a common terrace with sundeck
- equipped with lifts
- opens on an open plan kitchen living dining area with electric oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and A/C
- double bedroom with A/C
- twin bedroom with A/C
- living are with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- 42" LCD TV with cable TV channels
- bathroom with large walk-in shower
- sea view balcony with table and chairs

Apartment is close to all amenities and entertainment required such as groceries, bars, restaurants and bus stops. Swimming is just across the road and along all Qawra rocky Coast in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Qawra is a seaside resort located on the North part of Malta, very close to Bugibba, and St. Paul’s Bay. The town was built with the purpose of attracting British tourists, and in fact, it is constellated of hotels, holiday apartments, restaurants, cafes shops, bars, casinos, and many other tourist facilities. Water sports dominate the shoreline, and although there are no sandy beaches, swimming, sunbathing and diving are still very popular activities.
There is a long promenade that stretches for around 3km all the way to St. Paul’s Bay. This walkway outlines the rocky shoreline, and provides fantastic views of the open sea. It offers a perfect space for leisurely walks and jogs, especially during the evenings, where the sunset colours the sky with spectacular hues.
There were some Neolithic remains found in Qawra, which are now incorporated in the landscaped grounds of the Dolmen hotel.
Qawra is also the site of one of the many towers built by the Knights in 1637. Standing on Qawra point, this small watch tower watches St. Paul’s Bay to the West and Salina Bay to the east. The tower is now used as a restaurant, however additions to the building took away its authenticity.

With regatds to the weather, we absolutely cannot do nothing about it but with regards to heating, all apartment could have been heated with the 3 AC units there are onstalled in the bedrooms and in the kitchen living area. Heaters in rental apartments are not safe for me as one could easily distract and leave them on. If you phoned us, I would jave explained this to you. But anyway, i am sure that the fluffy throw did all the good work instead of the heater. Hope to see you again with us and thanks once again for your wonderful comment. Laurence and Mariella

“Superb Apartment”
We have just returned fro a 10 night stay in Laurence and Mariella’s superb apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Laurence and Mariella are excellent hosts and even gave us access to their garage which made parking so much easier. We are frequent visitors to Malta and would not hesitate to return to this apartment in the future.

This is the 4th year I am renting this apartment and not only on this platform but also on others like Homeaway and Airbnb. You can see all year round reviews and you wont find any such accident. I discussed this matter personally with the owner and explained to him what was happening. That evening I also called the police (upon what you told me on the phone) and they came over. We also discussed this issue last week in a commitee meeting. Doors are constantly in use and damage can happen as in fact you said. But at any moment the apartments were not safe. We wanted to meet with you upon departure but you left before we arrive, dont know why! You can go to the best apartments around the world and you will always find someone who you don't like in your neighbourhood. Next time I suggest you stay in a hotel in July and I guess it won't be noisy at all! :)
