Located right on the beach in Limassol, this elegant, fully renovated 235sq.m.3-bedroom apartment offers self-catering accommodation and a spacious, furnished balcony with front views to the Mediterranean Sea and the beach and side views to the pool and mature gardens. It offers free Wi-Fi, a flat screen satellite TV and a free designated covered parking place. There is a big seasonal outdoor pool, a seasonal kids’ pool and mature gardens.
The apartment itself is stylish with modern furnishings in earthy tones.
There is a fully equipped, operational kitchen featuring an oven, a hob, an extractor, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Microwave, a Nespresso Coffee machine, a Toaster, a Water Boiler and Kitchenware. There is also an Iron, an Ironing Board and a Hairdryer.
Common areas use the renowned Daikin VRV climate controls whilst there are Daikin climate controls in the bedrooms and kitchen.
There is a trendy seating area with a spacious 6-sitter sofa and a flat-screen, satellite TV, a second seating area, a dining area for six, a work station and a big furnished balcony with sun loungers.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed and a personal safe and two spare bedrooms with two single beds each. The apartment can easily sleep 7 (the 7th person on a spare foldable bed (80*200*39).
The fully renovated bathrooms feature renowned brands such as Grohe, Sottini of the Ideal standard Group and Jet Air. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, the extra bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub (jacuzzi), whilst there is also a guest toilet.
The apartment is located right on the sandy beach. Moreover, the well known Dasoudi sandy Beach is a short distance away, whilst restaurants, cafeterias bars and shops are accessible within a short walking distance. Buses operate all along the Limassol beach road. Larnaca Airport is 62 km away and Paphos Airport is 69 km away.
