Newly built in a square layout just 2 streets away from the beautiful Sliema seafront, this top floor property has a feel to it akin to the Greek islands at a fraction of the cost. That’s right, a family holiday at half of your usual expense.

Children friendly

Happy kids happy life they say - A baby bed is also included so that you can sleep peacefully at night. The apartment has mosquito nets over each door as well so you can enjoy the breeze without the sting!

2 steps away from everything

Tucked away nicely in the narrow traditional roads in the backstreets of Sliema, yet 3 minutes from everything man made, this property is sure to offer you the rest you so deserve. A 6 meter long barbeque terrace lies on the front part of the property with a door leading into the main living room that resembles a captain’s deck. The interior is decorated in pastel colors and blue and white marine touches to ensure you feel on relaxed!

The terraces are furnished with synthetic turf for added comfort. The terrace outside the main bedroom is the largest one. Sit on the red deck chair, open the umbrella and enjoy that favourite book that you haven’t managed to read while rushing to work in the metro!

Entertainment and BBQ facilities

Light the barbeque so by the time you finish that chapter you can treat yourself to something nice. If you don’t feel like cooking, worry not, there is a supermarket round the corner or get a take away. In the evening light the colourful outdoor lights and treat yourself to a bottle of Rose wine with your friends while your swimming suit dries up in the adjacent terrace!

The place is very airy as a steady draught flows when you open the doors. Fire up the air condition and the place feels like a day in London in January if you’re missing the weather back home!

Easily accessible

A steady stream of buses flows all the time from the bus stop near the property, in fact when you exit the property you take a right turn and a left turn and you’re on the seafront next to the best Pizzeria in Sliema, Vecchia Napoli! If that’s not yet good enough another of Sliema’s favourite house hold names lies just next door, Sweet sins or Dolce Peccati Gelateria as the name goes.

Pack your towels and head to the beach to refresh, either sit on the rocks and make a mattress out of your towels or play chic and walk to the beach club 8 minutes away.

House rules

All items in the property are documented in an inventory that is available at the property. A damage deposit of 250 euros is authorized on your credit card on arrival and released automatically after departure.

Towels provided at the apartment are for domestic use and shall not be used for the beach. Smoking inside the property is prohibited as this would affect future guests. A utilities allowance is provided via a meter card that monitors consumption of electricity.

If the allowance included in the price is exceeded more utility cards may be purchased on site. General consumption will not exceed the allowance provided.

It is a SELF CATERING property. We provide linnen and a set of towels each and cleaning once a week. Other items like washing liquid or sanitary items to be purchased by tenant.

We suggest you get around by bus or cab. Finding parking in Sliema can be a problem and frustrating.

Interaction with guest

We are happy to assist you with anything you may need withing reason during office hours 9-6pm. Calls after 7pm for emergencies only. Calls to the property for no reason whatsoever or due to negligence on the tenants part incurs €20 fee. Please make sure NOT to leave keys in the door on the inside or you maybe locked outside.
