Description
Beautiful and clean apartment with big terrace and sea view, in the second floor with elevator. Completely renewed with new furniture, just few steps from beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is in the Francavilla al Mare tourist area, where in the evening there is walking, with many beautiful shops, tourist markets and restaurants.Features: private beach and free beach direct near the apartment, 15min away from Pescara International airport, 10min away from the Pescara central Train station. 5min away from great restaurants and supermarkets! Bus station direct near the house with connection to the airport, to the train station and to the ferry port. Very good restaurants near the apartment. Night live with many disco clubs, bars, pubs and many other thing. Abruzzo mountains just 30 min by car (the highest mountain is Gran Sasso, above 3000 Mt), old medieval city's with many castles around Francavilla al Mare.

“Splendid apartment.”
We were greeted by the hosts and showed all the great features of the apartment. The space was very clean, new and perfect for our needs. The large terrace provided lovely views of the sea. Giuseppe and Lina were delightful hosts, we will definitely return.

“Prachtig!”
Een geweldige appartement aan de kust van Francavilla al mare! Heel mooi in stijvol ingericht. Heel ruim, schoon, en hele goede bedden. Wat ik het mooist aan deze appartement vond is - een prachtige buiten terras met de zicht naar de zee.. Heerlijk om s avonds van de glaasje wijn te genieten en en de uitzicht is prachtig. Het appartement was heel schoon en goed onderhoud. Een grote compliment aan de eigenaar! Zou ik met heel veel plezier daar naar toe terug gaan!
