Description
Our property is very peacefully and conveniently located ideal for both families and couples wanting a relaxing holiday retreat in a central, safe, convenient location.
Although in the country, we are 10 minutes by car from one of the loveliest towns, "Ostuni" with its many restaurants, shops and cafes.
The property benefits from 3 patio areas one to the front, with a stone pizza oven, stone BBQ and six seated dinning table under a covered wooden canopy for alfresco dining. To the side of the villa is another patio area with a relaxing swing seat and sun lounger for you to relax, unwind, read a good book in the cool shade.
The back patio is very large with a full size table tennis table, outside shower to cool off, lighting, seating with table and chairs looking out over the garden (A planned pool is in progress and will be ready late April 2017)...Pictures coming soon. Notably, it is just great to relax with a glass of wine. The back patio also benefits from the stairs leading up onto the stunning roof terrace with those beautiful views across the olive groves, watch the unforgettable sunset and just relax.
Our cosy villa is painted white inside, tiled floors throughout, which keeps it cool light and airy. Air conditioning also now fitted in each bedroom.
The lounge benefits from a 3 seater sofa, which converts into a double sofa bed , power fan, Smart TV, WIFI, DVD player, DVD selection, books, games, Xbox 360 console, playstation 2 and some games are supplied.
The bathroom is fully tiled, glass enclosure shower, floating toilet and sink.
The kitchen is well appointed, "home from home", an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4 ring gas hob, BBQ utensils, cool box and even flasks to take down to the beach.
All windows are also fitted with screens and shutters. There are also 5 sun loungers to use around the villa and a folding chair.

“Stunning Retreat”
Stayed at this amazing villa with my daughter. Could not fault it! Was like a home from home but with amazing sunshine and even more beautiful views. Having wifi, a roof terrace and the gates were just a few of the things included in this villa which allowed my young daughter to stayed entertained when we stayed in, sunbath in a secluded area if we didn't want to go to the beach and feel secure at night and also nice and private. The beach and city of Ostuni were only a short drive away which was perfect when we wanted to venture out and explore the beautiful surroundings. All in all I would say this villa is absolutely perfect for families and/or couples! Would recommend to anyone!
