House of 72m2 ground floor located in green area adjoining that of the owners without vis-à-vis and causing no noise or intimacy. Located 3 km from Mollans sur Ouveze and 2 km from the course of waterfalls of the Toulourenc river. House for 4 people in the neat decoration on large fenced and planted in the middle forest pines and oaks (protected area of the Ventoux foothills) Two independent entrances, garage and private courtyard, swimming pool 8X4 with immersion alarm and wide paved beach, furniture d ' full outdoor, barbecue and ping-pong table. Many outdoor facilities and shading areas. GPS coordinates: 44 ° 13'20,31 "North and 5 ° 11'53,20" East EXTERIORS: Private courtyard paved with table and garden chair, gravel yard with shading patio, barbecue, table and garden chair and ping-pong table. Automatic outdoor lighting is provided from dusk until around 1am. The owners have cats who are very nice and two adorable dogs who do not kill, they do not have access to the cottage and stay most of the time in the garden owners, this is an asset if you have children but can be a nuisance if you do not like animals. INTERIOR: Entirely renovated with taste, the cottage has all the comforts and equipment neccessaire, the bedding is new. Living room of 28m2 with large corner sofa, ethanol wall fireplace, 82cm flat screen TV with CD and DVD player, Wifi available. Kitchen-dining room of 12,50m2 with fridge-freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Parental room of 12m2 bedding 2 persons in 160. Room of 10.50m2 with 2 beds in 90, the beds can be brought together to make a big bed for 2 people. Bathroom of 5.50m2 with double sink, large mediterranean shower and washing machine. Independent toilet. Small room for storing luggage or others.
