Escape the hustle and bustle of the high-rises. The townhome has three levels and is located on the sound side of the island. It is just a pebble’s throw away from the water's edge. Cross the street and stroll a few steps to the gulf. This quiet private dwelling is located away from the bars and restaurants on the east end of the island near the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Springtime on the beach is simple beautiful. The weather is warm but not terribly hot. The air is breezy and warm with highs in the upper 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Bands on the Beach play free concerts every Tuesday evenings 7-9 pm at the Gulfside Pavilion. Spring festivals and other events galore fill your fun packed days. For you foodies, springtime offers plenty of delectable seafood including Cobia (a thick white tasty fish especially grilled), crawfish and soft-shell crab in addition to the normal fare. House rules

Guest must be age 25 or older to rent without parents staying with them. Families are always welcome with any age children.Students that rent untruthfully will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund. I am designed for 6 people. An extra person charge of $30 per person per night is accessed. If more people are staying than requested on the original request, extra person fees will be accessed. If damages are more than the deposit, you will be charged the additional amount.

Had an amazing time .. loved to condo it was amazing couldn't have asked for nothing better.. looking forward to returning in the future
