Nicely decorated, clean, Non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home with central heat/air, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed sun-room, enclosed garage with remote, large yard with fruit trees. Internet & Cable TV included. Just right for a special family get-a-way or for that fishing trip. Turn directly onto Anderson Street from US Hwy 27, third house on left. Quiet street, large yard with two drive ways, one for the house and an ancillary one for the yard. Ancillary parking has ample space to park RV, truck, or boat. Bring your fishing gear and boat. Lake Huntley Fishing pier & boat dock is 3 minute drive on Anderson Street exit off US Hwy 27. Nicely landscaped yard. Security system. All utensils, bedding included. Washer & dryer. Housekeeping available upon request. Great for the sportsman and those who enjoy more rustic surroundings. Close to the Seminole Brighton casino, Legoland, and Sebring Speedway (racing season - May), and over 29 named lakes for fishing/boating. 1.5 miles from Lake Placid, the town of murals.

According to our property manager, the home was left very nice and clean (even though it was not necessary to clean up before they left). We greatly appreciate the care this guest took with our home away from home because we stay as often as possible too. We welcome this guest to return for a future stay.

The house was very clean and spacious for my family - loved the yard. Would rent again. The location was not the best for us but we made the best of it.

How do damage deposits work?
