AVAILABLE : All year: This house is only used for holiday lettings, short breaks, weekend breaks.

Property is not available to groups under 25 years. No party groups. Families and responsible adults only will be accepted. Number of guests must not exceed number specified on booking except by permission.

Pets are at discretion of owners- Please ask.

The owner reserves right to refuse admission.

Smoking permitted outside only.

Bed linen is supplied; towels not supplied, except travelling by air, in which case towels can be supplied on request at a reasonable cost.

To see the Causeway Coast a car is recommended. If remaining in Portstewart everything is within reasonable walking distance. There is a regular bus service between Portstewart- Portrush - Coleraine. Numerous Taxi firms are available There is a regular train service from Portrush to Coleraine- Portstewart is not on train route.

Stayed in this beautiful home for a week. It was spacious, well equipped, very clean , very comfortable and dog friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Response from the owner Aaron and his friends are a group of teenagers from Omagh who are about to go to University. We had reservations about them staying at our house as we had problems with damage and noise from previous groups of young people. We need not have worried. The house was left in immaculate condition; clean and tidy and no complaints from neighbours. Aaron and his friends are a credit to themselves and their families. Accept comments about kitchen; we are converting downstairs bedroom to a large dining room in the Autumn.

The house was lovely and was nicely decorated. Des and Mary were very accomodating even though we didnt arrive to late in the evening. The fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely touch.
